BALDWIN DENIM RETURN POLICY

Returns/Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with ALL tags attached.  You may return/exchange merchandise by mail within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Please fill out this form and enclose it with the merchandise that you wish to return/exchange in a box.  Please contact customer service for a Return Authorization number for all Returns/Exchanges.  Packages received without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside will be refused.  PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  Shipping charges on returned/exchanged products are the responsibility of the customer. All items purchased with a coupon/promotional code fall under our normal return/exchange policy.
